Hello Hodlers!
This is one of my favorite versions of put a little love in your heart. With all the chaos around us due to whatever reason I encourage everyone to take a step back and ask yourself how YOU can put a little more love in your heart? Are you open enough to have kindness be your guide? If you are, the world will be a better place for you and me!
It's also a good reminder that communities play an important role in every aspect of our lives. We have communities in our friends, our families, our employment, our neighborhoods, and in so many other places. We find community in the sports teams we support, the artists we enjoy, even the food that we like. Having a sense of community unites us. Being a part of a community can make us feel as though we are a part of something greater than ourselves. I encourage everyone to put their devices down and go out into the physical world and make some connections! The world is much bigger than that tiny screen on the device that we hold in our hands
It is connections that we as humans crave and that connection will ultimately ease stress and feelings of loneliness and truly make the world a better place.
So come on now, clap your hands and Put a Little Love in your Heart and go HUG someone! 💕
